Booking and deposits.

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental fee.
  • The balance of the rental fee is payable six weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • A 50% refund of the balance payment will be made if your holiday is cancelled up to two weeks before the start date.
  • No refund will be made if the holiday is cancelled less than two weeks before the start date.
  • A damage security deposit of £150 is required as a separate cheque with the balance payment which is banked at the start of your holiday and this will be refunded, less any damages or extra cleaning charges, within two weeks of the end of your holiday.
  • If your cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition no cleaning charge will be applied.
  • We are sorry but no pets are allowed.
  • Our cottages are non-smoking
  • We accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros.
  • Payments can be made by cheque drawn on UK or French banks or by credit card online via PayPal.
